XP APPAREL RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
XP Apparel has a 30 day Return/Exchange Policy. Most items can be Returned/Exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Return or Exchange is simple to do. Please call 1-800-339-0859 to get an "RA" number (Return Authorization Number) and further instructions. Return and Exchanges without an "RA" number will be delayed.
On all orders where the wrong size, color, and/or quantity are selected, a shipping charge will be applied for reshipment.
GUIDLINES ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Apparel and Accessories must NOT have any signs of wear and must have all tickets and labels attached.
Books, DVDs, Videos, CDs, and Opened Items may NOT be Returned or Exchanged. |
