XP Apparel Return/Exchange Policy
Dear Customer,
Thank you for choosing XP Apparel! We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All unworn, unused apparel item(s) with labels and tags still attached may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the initial ship date. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order simply call one of our Customer Service Professionals at 800-339-0859. Their personal service will ensure that your situation is handled Correctly, Quickly and Professionally.
- Return Authorization Number (RA #) – Please call 800-339-0859 for your RA # and further instructions. You must have a valid RA # with your return item(s) for accurate processing.
- Customer Error – If the wrong size, color, and / or quantity have been selected by the customer we are required to charge for re-shipment. PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us with a valid RA #.
- Other Guidelines – Any apparel items being returned must NOT show signs of wear, all labels and tags must be included with the item. Books, DVDs, Videos and CDs CANNOT be returned or exchanged; we cannot accept C.O.D. shipment for exchanges or refunds.
- XP Apparel Error – If your order was not correct (not what you ordered) or you received an item that is damaged or defective, XP Apparel will refund or exchange the item at no charge to you! Simply contact us at 800-339-0859 and we will mail you a return bag and sticker for the incorrect items.
* Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed. If your refund does not appear on your statement within four weeks or one billing cycle, please call 800-339-0859. Exchanges are only valid for the same item in a different color or size. Please note the reason(s) for the exchange on the back of your packing slip and include it with your shipment.
