XP Apparel provides special customer groups for partners that require wholesale or exclusive pricing. If you've received an access code from XP Apparel, you can follow the easy directions below to add customer group privileges to an account on stores.xpapparel.com. * If you have not received an access code from XP Apparel, you cannot change your customer group to take advantage of exclusive customer group pricing.

1) No account? Create a new one easily...
If you do not already have an account on stores.xpapparel.com, create one by clicking here or on Create an Account in the Sign In box. Once your account is created, continue on to 2) I already have an account!

2) I already have an account!
Make sure you're logged in then click here or on the Customer Groups link in the "Your Account" box in the right hand column. Remember, you must be logged in to see the Your Account box. Once on the Customer group management page, enter your 'access code' and 'authorization email address'. You will then be added to the proper customer group.

Whats required?
Access Codes
'Access codes' are eight(8) character codes consisting of numbers, letters and special characters. Once your special customer group has been successfully set up, 'access codes' will be given to an agent of your company and/or disseminated by email to authorized users of that customer group.
Authorization email addresses
Authorization email addresses are email addresses given to authorized employees by the company or organization requesting the special customer group. For instance, if you were employed by the United States Gov. your authorization email address might look something like yourname@usa.gov. |
