XP Apparel offers the following shipping methods. (No weekends or holiday shipping or delivery).
Ground-7 to 10 business days.
3 Day-3 business days**.
2 Day-2 business days**.
Next Day-1 business day (delivery with in AM)**.
Next Day Saver-1 business day (by end of business day)**.
International delivery-Up to 6 weeks (May take up to 12 weeks if processing in customs).
**Orders made after 12 pm MST will be shipped the following day.
XP Apparel Processing time can take up to 7 business days.
To calculate shipping time:
(Shipping Method) + (Processing time) = (Total Delivery time)
Longer shipping times will occur if shipping to an APO or FPO.
Shipping time may be longer during holidays and special events.
XP Apparel does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Costs
The shipping cost is based on the order's size, weight, shipping method, and delivery address. These factors are calculated and the ESTIMATED shipping cost is figured. Therefore, some shipping costs will vary (Higher or Lower) from the ESTIMATED cost given on our webpage. We will notify you of changes if this occurs.
International Shipping
International shipping is higher in cost than shipping within the continental United States due to distance. Also, on some international orders an import tax, custom duty, and fee may be applied by the destination country. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.
Force Majeure
In the event that an occurrence happens that is out of our control (tornado, blizzard, flood etc) XP and UPS are not responsible for any shipping delays and will not be able to refund any shipping or purchasing costs. Completing the Order Process
During checkout please take a moment to make sure your billing and shipping address information is correct. This will ensure timely delivery with no additional charges.
Please include *ALL* necessary information including Suite, Apartment or Unit #. UPS cannot deliver your package without that information (no matter how well the driver may know you).
If you fail to provide the correct information and we are charged for an address correction, we must unfortunately pass that cost along to you.
The rates we are charged for address corrections are as follows:
UPS GROUND - $10.00 USD
UPS AIR - $15.00 USD
