XP Apparel Return/Exchange Policy
Dear Customer,
Thank you for choosing XP Apparel! We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchasing experience. All unworn, unused item(s) with labels and tags still attached may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the initial ship date. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, simply call one of our Customer Service Associates at 800-339-0859, option 1. This personal service will ensure that your situation is handled correctly, quickly and professionally.
Exchange Process - We will need your order number and a brief description of why you are returning or exchanging the item to better assist you. You will also need a Return Authorization (RA) number from us; to obtain this number please call 800-339-0859, option 1.
Incorrect Items - If we sent you an incorrect or defective item, please call 800-339-0859, option 1 and speak to one of our Customer Service Associates who will be happy to assist you. If the item you ordered is incorrect, we will send you a return label that you can use when sending back the incorrect item(s); this way you are not charged for return shipping.
Who pays for Return Shipping? - Unless we sent you the incorrect item(s), it is your responsibility to mail or ship the item(s) back to 400 Quivas Street, Denver CO 80204, at your expense.
How Long Does an Exchange Take? - Please be aware that the exchange process can take up to 14 calendar days. Any items sent with a return label must be received by XP within 14 days of your receipt of the label.
Broken Items - If you receive a broken item, please photograph it and send the digital photo to info@xpapparel.com. We will let you know if the item will have to be returned. Broken items must be brought to our attention within 3 days of your receipt of the package.
