How do I take advantage of FREE Shipping?
1. Place at least $75 of eligible products in your Shopping Cart.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. Ship your items to a single U.S. address.
4. Select Free Shipping(Free Ground) as your shipping method.
5. Place your order, and enjoy the free shipping!
The Fine Print(Free Shipping)
Applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states only, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Applies to APO/FPO addresses when using a United States ZIP Code only.
Weekend delivery cannot be requested.
Some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
May be used in conjunction with a promotional certificate. The qualifying amount is the total amount of the products purchased before the promotional certificate is applied.
FreeShipping utilizes UPS Ground(for most orders) and USPS Parcel(for APO/FPO addresses only). You will not receive Free Shipping on your order if you select UPS Ground or USPS Parcel, you must select Free Shipping(Free Ground) to receive the special offer.
You will not receive Free Shipping on your order if any eligible items are canceled, bringing the total below $50.
If you return any items from an order that received Free Holiday Shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.
XP Apparel Shipping
XP Apparel offers the following shipping methods. (No weekends or holiday shipping or delivery).
Ground-7 to 10 business days.
3 Day-3 business days**.
2 Day-2 business days**.
Next Day-1 business day (delivery with in AM)**.
Next Day Early AM-1 business day (delivery by 8:00 am)**
Next Day Saver-1 business day (by end of business day)**.
International delivery-Up to 6 weeks (May take up to 12 weeks if processing in customs).
**Orders made after 12 pm MST will be shipped the following day.
XP Apparel Processing time can take up to 7 business days.
To calculate shipping time:
(Shipping Method) + (Processing time) = (Total Delivery time)
Longer shipping times will occur if shipping to an APO or FPO.
Shipping time may be longer during holidays and special events.
XP Apparel does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Costs
The shipping cost is based on the order's size, weight, shipping method, and delivery address. These factors are calculated and the ESTIMATED shipping cost is figured. Therefore, some shipping costs will vary (Higher or Lower) from the ESTIMATED cost given on our webpage. We will notify you of changes if this occurs.
International Shipping
International shipping is higher in cost than shipping within the continental United States due to distance. Also, on some international orders an import tax, custom duty, and fee may be applied by the destination country. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.
